ABOUT THE OWNER
Growing up, I was always self conscious about the way I looked. Naturally being a smaller guy, I was insecure, so I decided it was time for a change. I began strength training at a local gym and started noticing changes in not only how I looked, but also how I felt. As exercise became increasingly more important, I decided to join the Army Reserve as a Military Police Officer, with ambitions to join the FBI.
After I came back from my deployment, I decided to become certified and work as a Personal Trainer at a local gym while I finish my degree.
I immediately fell in love with helping people change their lives for the better. I switched my major, and ended up getting my bachelors degree in Kinesiology from Cal State University, Fullerton.
I have now been training for seven years, helping hundreds of people reach their goal, 5 of which to lose over 100 pounds, we can help you too!
